Serdep (sertraline hydrochloride) is an antidepressant. Common side effects in using this drug are dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation and diarrhea. Anorexia and weight loss. Anxiety, restlessness, nervousness and insomnia or drowsiness or fatigue. Headache, tremor, dizziness, convulsions, extrapyramidal effects and sexual dysfunction. It should not be given to patients with severe hepatic or renal failure. Drinking of alcohol with it is also not recommended.
