How Can I Help My Mother Deal With Her Hot Flashes?

0 votes
I am doing a little research for my sleep-deprived mother. She is 50 years old and had been on hot flashes, waking her up at night up to dozen times. She complains that she’ll wake up in hot sweat, strip off her sheets so that she can get back to sleep then she’ll complain of getting cold. I wonder if there is anyone here who experience the same as my mom’s. What is the best thing that she may do to prevent nuisance or just to alleviate those symptoms.

See, these symptoms are closely of perimenopausal period and such things are very common among women after a certain age suffers. This is just normal because a lot of changes in the body is happening. Even your normal diet would no longer be effective now.  Aside from your diet, you can combat this weight gain by visiting your doctor. In addition to this,i would suggest you to go for a whole body detoxification. This would definitely help you as one of my close friend availed this as she was so depressed. Fresh Start Health Retreat Center, situated South Island Highway,Oyster Bay in Canada. She availed the 5 Day Wellness Program inclusive of Juice Fasting & Body Detox.  For immediate assistance you can also personally contact them @ ( 888-658-3324).Hope that helps:)
