Contributions and Experiences Needed for a Menopause Book

0 votes
My mother died in 2003 at the age of 70. With this age gap in adulthood, she was never able to talk about physical changes she had during and after menopause. Her silence left a void in my life and I don’t want my daughter and granddaughters to experience what I had. As I started working on my book, I noticed that there are other women who went through same experiences. My concern on this book can be extended to your sisters, friends and relatives. The journey of a matured woman is when she faces the challenges of redefining herself. I invite everyone of you to share my journey and beyond menopause. Tell me about the time when you stopped menstruating. Share your experiences and treatments have you undertook. If your health is good, how did menopausal change your life? All stories will be carefully picked and be included in the book. Each source of the chosen story will be notified first before finally publishing it. Thank you for your contributions.
