Menopause Is a Transition, Not a Disease

0 votes
It is gratifying to tell that according to a certain research, menopause is not a disease but just a transition from fertility to natural infertility mostly among women, as men do menopause, too. However, this article shall bent towards feminine menopause, alongside with challenges that menopause bring into. Menopause, being a function of aging, will be experienced by most women at a certain point of their lives. Unbearable symptoms such as hot flashes, tiredness, bone loss, imploratory pains in the joints, night sweats, dry vaginal canal, irritability, mood swings, and depression, just as men do experience benign prostatic hyperplasia, of which symptoms include urinary tract problems, loss of libido and some other menopausal symptoms.

The supposed answer to the problems above was hormonal replacement therapy, which is now being favored as it could really predispose breast cancer and even stroke. However, a natural health and menopause expert said that the menopause is not a disease and we should not medicalise it. Diet, exercise and supplements are key to enjoying what should be an enriching phase of woman’s life.  Although supplements might be not that beneficial, being healthy entirely depends on what you eat. Activity is another secret of good health, increase exercise, walk frequently as you can. Dancing is quite an activity and you can do that even at home.
