Am I Going Through Early Menopause?

I am turning 40 years old this year. I had a total hysterectomy five years ago but they left my tubes and ovaries as they were fine. Lately, I have been experiencing anxiety, depression, occasional flash and lightheaded feeling, instant sweats that quickly goes away, pressure feeling behind my eyes, headaches and I feel like I was walking around in a fog. Is it possible that I could be going through early menopause? Is there a test to be assured of this or is it just an educated guess?
