Dealing With Hot Flashes During Menopause

0 votes
I really didn’t want to go on medications or hormones supplementation just to cope with hot flashes. This feeling might be rooted from what I saw from my bestfriend who went through hell and spent thousands of dollars just to balance her system as what her doctors put on her to help ease menopause. I found a mattress pad that can be set to any temperature between 46 to 118 degrees Fahrenheit and considered it as a great lifesaver. All of the other symptoms were reduced leaving me a better body to deal with other changes.

Stress
Caffeine
