Have You Experienced Abdominal Twitches During Menopause?

I am 46 years old now and have been in menopause for over seven months. Recently, I started having twitches inside the lower abdomen part near to my pubic hair area. It happens very sporadically and is not so painful. It just feels like twitching in your arm. It usually happens to me once a week and lasts for almost an hour. Did anyone else ever get this or heard of it? I am scheduled for an exam already and looking forward for the results.
