Can I Do Exercises When I'm Currently Having a Severe Asthma Attack?

0 votes
As you can see I am an asthmatic and am currently experiencing a severe attack. I am planning to get back to my regular practice of exercising at the earliest to offset the adverse effects that Prednisone has been having on me. I also want to get back into shape so that I will start feeling better too. I still have a cold and am coughing quite a lot, but the peak flow readings are slowly getting back to normal and I hope even the cold and cough will also subside soon. I think I will start working out at a slower pace till I am 100% fit. Do you think that would be okay? Or do you think that the asthma will worsen if I do not wait till I am fully recovered? Please I would welcome suggestions on this.
