Does Your Asthma Improve When You Step Out Into the Cold?

0 votes
I am a victim of asthma and I have discovered something very absurd. I have discovered that whenever I step out into the cold, the cold winter air really helps to make my breathing better tremendously. Usually asthma victims are always advised not to get exposed to the cold air as it is not really good for them. I find this really weird, but I feel that I am able to breathe so much better when I am exposed to this cold air. I would like to know whether there is any one in the same boat as mine. Do get in touch with me as I would love to talk with you about this matter.
