Why Do I Have Trouble Breathing When Doing an Exercise?

0 votes
I am beginning to wonder if anyone has any advice for me in this regard.  Four months ago while I was in training for my blackbelt course I noticed that I was having  very hard time in taking deep breaths and whenever I  try to breathe in that time I would cough. It would be too worse when a cool air breeze out and also I felt that I had very low energy levels. So I went to consult a doctor who did EKG which is slightly abnormal and I saw a cardiologist who did an ultrasound scan, VQ scan stress test & mibi scan. All these tests said that they found that I had slightly elevated pulmonary tensions and was sent back to one of my family doctors and put me on to ventalin before I go for exercise. And the ventalin doesn't seem to help at all. Also, I went for pulmonary function examine test and I am awaiting for the results of these tests and they seems to be very time-consuming process and what all I want that is to be able to work out without any coughing. I felt healthy when I exercise by running six to nine miles a week and was eating deity food and drinking 64 or more OZ of water everyday. I was watching my stress and taking up the supplements daily and felt healthy. I forgot to say that I lost 35lbs in four years. This last summer when I stepped in to 27 years I got sinus and ear issues and mildly affected with asthma. Has anyone experienced the same feeling & can anyone help me out doing something to come out of this? Also I have increased incidence of heart burns.
