Good day! Celestamine (Betamethasone 250 mcg, dexchlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg) is used for difficult cases of allergy. Use of this medication is contraindicated during lactation and pregnancy.

Please consult your physician for other options that you can take while breastfeeding.
