Are Salt Pipe and Moducare Effective Treatments for Asthma?

0 votes
Hi. I had asthma when I was young. This was a result of the shock that I got when my father died. We took care of it and I did not have an attack for a decade or so. However, recently we renovated the house, so I had to do a lot of things which filled the house with saw dust. I had an attack and I thought the inhaler would do the trick but it worsened to the point where I couldn’t even move. I went to the hospital and I was put on IV drips, steroids and nebulizer treatments. I was in the hospital for a week and then I moved to south Europe for a holiday because I thought the climate there would be good for me. I had another attack but this time I caught it before it got really bad and it was treated very fast. I do not want to go on drugs, so I was thinking of using some other things. Someone told me about the salt pipe and about moducare. Do you think they are for real? Will they work or are they just things that do not really work? Taking steroids would be my last option, so if anyone knows of alternative methods that actually work, I would be really grateful. Thank you.
