I have a remedy for asthma. It is an exercise. Just raise your arm up to the chest level and hold it in that position for 15 minutes. It is better to rest your hand down. Another important tip is to always keep your palm rest on some other place. Do not take anything seems over weight. Keep your elbow in a comfortable position while sitting. You can take asthma test, to find out the affected rate. It is better to avoid all type of radiations from TV, computer etc. before going to this test. There is a chance in the result if there is a presence of batteries of various instruments. Even hearing devices can influence the result.
