Is It Alright To Exercise After a Bout of Bronchitis?

0 votes
I was thinking whether I should return to my gym activities of 2 hours of weights and cardio for at least 5 times a week. I have just recovered from a bad bout of bronchitis but I am rearing to get back to my daily activities. I still have some wheeze left in me and sometimes end up coughing for minutes (continuously) in a day. My phlegm has cleared up. But my peak flow is only 250 on an average but sometimes I manage to get it up to 350 but it should be somewhere around 500.

My husband does not agree that I should be going to the gym again, but I really want to go there.

Please give me some tips to convince my husband to letting me go back to the place I love so much.
