What Could Be the Possible Side Effects of Advair?

0 votes
A year lost in the wilderness of my thoughts of what was actually bothering my healthy life, my doc told me that I am mildly of asthmatic and so I was asked to take Advair of dosage 250/50.
Are there any side effects to this powerful (according to my doctor) drug? Is the relief attained immediately? The biggest of the troubles is that during the night time I have a tough time trying to breathe properly. I have to use two to three pillows to prop me up and it’s only then that I can breathe properly.
I was asked to take inhale shots of albuterol last year on the hunch that I had contracted asthma. It provided no relief though. Maybe the way I was using the inhaler was wrong.
I have never experienced any wheezing trouble, but I used to always get out of breath when climbing stairs and temperature drop during the night time. Is it absolutely necessary that I take Advair? I also have a condition called acid reflux. Are they siblings of any kind?
I don’t have much of an idea about asthma, so I am asking you people for the advice on asthma and any sort of good or ill effects of taking Advair.
