Dealing With Asthma During the Winter Season

I was taking a combination of Serevent and Flovex but it gave me a very rare side effect; they decreased the level of lymphocytes in the blood. I already have problems with tumor and it makes me tired. I don't like to have corticosteroids anymore and my body is not reacting to them. I never get any positive result from them. I am feeling constriction in my chest and below the neck. I know I am experiencing all this due to the winter season. I changed everything especially bed coverings before the coming of winter.
