What Other Alternative Treatments Can I Try for My Breathing Problems?

0 votes
I just purchased a peak flow meter and monitored my levels the previous night and many times today. According to the chart, my normal levels are 39 but my ratings are always more than four hundred and forty. Anyway, I experienced a severe breathlessness this noon inspite of the peak flow levels reading of 440. I just cannot seem to understand this. Any rating above the normal range meant that I had no restriction in my airways but there is certainly something wrong as my PFT revealed restriction in my airways and even though I have been having drugs to combat it, I do not find myself in the least bit better. So I feel that I am actually suffering from air trapping in the tiniest parts of the lungs. When you have air stuck in your lungs, you are not able to breathe in properly as your lungs are almost filled with musty air. I would be grateful if someone could suggest some alternative to the problem that I am experiencing as soon as possible.
