Are My Symptoms a Prelude To an Asthma Attack?

I have been a victim of asthma for about one and a half years now. I am still experiencing a constriction in my chest and am feeling quite breathless to this minute. I have not really experienced an asthmatic episode to date and I doubting whether I am actually experiencing one now. I would be extremely grateful if someone could clear my doubt for me as soon as possible. Do reply immed8iately of you can help me out.

"Asthma attack symptoms include:

Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or very rapid breathing
Severe wheezing when breathing both in and out
Coughing that won't stop
Chest pain or pressure
Tightened neck and chest muscles, called retractions
Difficulty talking and performing normal daily activities
Feelings of anxiety or panic
Pale, sweaty face
Blue lips or fingernails
Worsening symptoms despite use of your medications"
