Moving Into Another Location Treated My Asthma Attacks

0 votes
I may not be in a position to differentiate between a chronic cough and an asthmatic cough but I can tell you that I have been having chronic asthma since I have been a baby till almost to my mid twenty’s, but have not had it since then. One of the main reasons may be that I shifted residence from a polluted and dusty area to a place where I could breathe clean, fresh air and get out into the open to do my workouts. That, combined with healthy eating habits, I think has done the trick. I have not been troubled by asthma ever since and I sincerely hope that it won’t. I would suggest that those of you who have asthma could give this a try. For all you know it might do you some good like it did for me.
