What Could Possibly Be the Long Term Side Effects of These Asthma Medications?

0 votes
I am looking for anyone who can provide me any information on the side effects of asthma medicines. I would be particularly interested in the long term side effects of the medication. I have been on asthma medicines for the past three and a half decades. Over the years, I have tried and tested different medicines including injections, different inhalers and tablets. I had been on intravenous hydrocortisone as well as aminophylline on a regular basis for a brief period of time. This has been banned in the United Kingdom now and whenever I had been on this especially while the shots were being administered, I used to feel that my brain was coming through my ears. I was on phyllocontin tablets for a number of years. I went through many short courses of prednisone. I had been on many kinds of steroid and bronchodilator inhalers. My state now remains in control with the help of Seretide, which is the same as Advair as in the United States as I infer. I am concerned about the long term side effects these drugs are going to impact upon my body. I would welcome any thoughts on this respect.
