How Do I Relieve Myself From Sore Muscles?

Hello. I have just finished a session in the emergency room where they gave me a prednisone and Xenopex before I went in for my Albuterol nebulization. My doctor has asked me to take some more prednisone and all my other regular medications in the night. I am trying to get a good night’s rest but after the breathing treatment, all my muscles are so painful that I am not able to sleep. Is there any way to relax my muscles? Maybe something that I can put in the bathtub to get to loosen my muscles? I am making use of a hot water bottle and a heating pad but they are not doing anything to relieve me.
