What Other Solutions Should I Try for My Cough?

0 votes
I contracted a chronic cold the previous week which triggered off my asthma. I have been experiencing severe constriction in my chest and wheezing and so I went to my doctor. He hiked up my dosage of Advair to 500 and put me again on Singulair along with Maxair or Proventil to use as and when I found it necessary but I find that my cough is getting more and more severe and I finally got in touch with my doctor again. I informed him that my cough was very bad during the night time and it seemed as if Advair was making it worse. So, the doctor finally has told me to try using Atrovent two puffs, four times a day. I am really hoping that this will reduce my problem as I am getting quite desperate with my situation. So please do help me out if there is any other alternative for my problem. I am eagerly waiting for some solution from someone at the earliest.
