What Could Possibly I May Be Going Through Based On My Symptoms?

0 votes
I have been suffering from some breathing trouble since quite some time now. I find that I experience severe breathlessness while I do my workouts. My husband is a smoker and I find that I am not able to remain in the same room with him. We have just changed our home and this house has a fire place. I find that the smoke is a trigger for my condition.
I feel dizzy all the time and a severe constriction in my chest. I experience severe exhaustion and am weary all the time. I find that I am finding it difficult to go to sleep. I am not really sure whether I am suffering from asthma or some kind of allergy. I do indulge in some work in my yard and I find some skin irritation all over my body sometimes. I would be extremely grateful if someone could tell me what exactly I am suffering from and suggest some solution as soon as possible. I have decided to consult my doctor next week but I would appreciate an inkling of what I am actually going through if you could help me before that.

In my opinion, I do believe that you are having a severe asthma attack due to chest constriction. Do you experience wheezing upon expiration? With regards to your skin irritation, it might an untreated allergic reaction, hence, triggering your asthma. Also, try to assess the environment you are staying. Do you have any pets? Plants or any factors that can create a dusty environment are strong allergens.
