For depression and panic attack what is the normal dosage for a 76 year old?  My aunt's husband just passed away and she's slipping fast.  She has always suffered from depression and anxiety but this medication is making her a zombie.

The normal dosage of Selectra (sertraline) for a 76 y/o is 50mg per day. Dose may be increased in 50mg increments to max 200mg over a period of at least 1 week.
