What Would Be the Most Effective Treatment for My Breathing Problems?

0 votes
Hello everybody. I would like to know what dysfunction involves. I have been told that I have asthma brought on by exercise. Of late, I have found that whenever I try to take a full deep breath, I somehow feel the air gets stuck in the throat as if refusing to go further down. I think I have to forcefully push the air into my lungs. I feel that the obstruction is at the junction of the throat and chest area.  It’s difficult to explain but I guess you are able to understand what I am trying to bet across. Two weeks back, I was prescribed Advair for my asthma and in spite of the fact that it is helping me, I am still pretty backward as far the formation runs during PT sessions are concerned. I also take Albuterol and it works well if I can, like I said earlier get it all the way down to my lungs. Now I feel that I am just spraying something into the back of my throat, that’s all. This applies to the Advair also. Do you think that a nebuliser, or a spacer or even an inhaler of some other sort would help me better, to get the medication deep in? I have been feeling really terrible since this past one month especially when we are on doing our PT. Will someone give me some advice?
