A Reduced Dosage of Albuterol

I am a 38 year old female and have a peak flow in the monitor. According to my doctor, I can reach in a 400-450 level but I am swinging between 350 and 400. He gave me a nebulizer to use 4 times in a day. He prescribes 5 boxes of vital tablet, each box contains 24 tablets. Later, he said to reduce the use of albuterol, only in emergencies. I have to go for this medication for the next two weeks.
