Has Your Asthma Attack Been Ever Triggered By a Dehumidifier?

0 votes
I am using flovent for my breathing problems. I was ignorant about the actual reason of my disease. I was sure there is something at my home which makes me ill. At last I found out that it is the dehumidifier in my basement that is causing all the problems to me. Whenever I go to the basement, I felt tightness in my chest. This chest tightness lasted for days even though I am taking flovent. I bought a new carpet along with the dehumidifier. At first, I thought I am allergic to the carpet and dust. One day, I stopped the dehumidifier and it was like magic. My chest tightness was gone completely. I am very glad that I found out the asthma trigger. At the same time, I am confused about the dehumidifier. Is there anyone with the same experience of a dehumidifier?
