How Do I Reduce My Cough?

0 votes
Today, when I was at school, a fire broke out just down our street. I was there inhaling the smoke for about three hours coughing and coughing. There was nothing that I can do because that the people over there did not dismiss us. However, I am still coughing and coughing but I want to know could there be severe effects like any other thing from the smoke? Also, I usually don’t get off from that so easily with such a hard-cored smoke.  I am very afraid that I am on the way to take turn for the worse. I went for stress test and echocardiogram and they were normal. I need to go soon back to surgery and also I guess that it could be somewhat related to asthma but I'm not very sure how. I very much wonder if I would ever outgrow this. I will try to get an appointment with my physician tomorrow. Is this asthma?  Please let me know if there are any steps to follow to reduce this cough? Any suggestions it would help me a lot.
Please can anyone help me solve this? I feeling like I am expiring slowly and I’m also suffering every minute of it.
