Could My Husband's Death Be Due To Asthma Attack or To the Inhaler He Was On?

0 votes
I lost my husband to a severe asthmatic attack just some time back. He was on a completely new Albuterol inhaler that he had just purchased that same night. We just failed to understand what went wrong and so I have been doing an intense study into the inhaler that he was on. I discovered that his inhaler was manufactured by Shering plough and has a case filed against them for unjust deaths as a result of some ingredient missing in their inhalers. I would like to know whether anybody can shed some more light on this matter. I am frantically trying to find out whether his death was caused be a chronic asthmatic attack or whether it was something wrong with the inhaler he was on. I would be very grateful if someone will help me out and clear my doubt for me at the earliest. I would also like to know whether anybody has had any similar experience to this ever.
