Can Asthma Be Triggered With Bacteria?

0 votes
I have just been recently been diagnosed with asthma. I came to hear that asthma can be triggered off due to bacteria. It can specially be triggered off due Chlamydia Pneumonia and Mycoplasma.  I want to know whether this is a fact. I am also using Advair 250 and I use Proventil also occasionally. I have been experiencing tummy aches, dysentery, back pain and constriction in my chest. Can this be an adverse effect of some drugs that I am having? I have been on these drugs since quite some time now and I would be extremely grateful if someone could shed some light on this matter as soon as possible.
