An Update On My Children's Health

0 votes
My seven year old daughter has been doing very well. I had posted in this board regarding her problems. She is off her Levaquin inhaler and the Mucomist that she used for her CF treatment and is currently just on maintenance therapy for CF and Asthma. She has to go for her IVIG treatment once in four weeks as she is deficient in IgG2 and it is really doing her a world of good. She has also been taken off Foradil for the time being. Her FEV1 when she had the spirometry test last time showed 98%.
Now, my other child who is also an asthmatic is also doing very well. His FEV1 when last done was 102% and he has been asked to be taken off Flovent gradually and Singulair by his allergist. He is now only on Tilade and Zyrtec.
Even my third kid who is suffering RAD is doing pretty well. She has been prescribed Pulmicort and Albuterol but we have been told that she is also suffering from Acquired Hydrocephalous and has to undergo an operation for shunt placement.
