Avoiding Products That Would Cause Bronchitis

0 votes
I just thought that I would share something with you all. When I initially got Bronchitis at the age of 16, the first thing that the doctor told me was to stop drinking milk, coffee, tea and alcohol when I had the disease. He explained that all these drinks helped to make and accumulate mucous. Of the beverages that the doctor mentioned, I drink only milk and I guess he was right because now when I get off milk during the first two weeks when I see the onset of a cough it does not develop into bronchitis. It was more of a trial and error that proved that my doctor had a point in what he said. Well, for some time now I have rarely got bronchitis.
