How Do I Relieve Myself From the Breathlessness?

0 votes
I am an asthmatic since a long time, but do not have much trouble with it since several years. But last night, I feel that I suffered from an asthmatic episode after indulging in a strenuous Soccer game out in the chilly climate. I know that I exerted myself a little over the edge and did not pay any heed to what any one told me. I became better after some time and I thought that I had gotten over the attack fully, but it was not to be so. I find that I had great difficulty in sleeping the previous night and finding it extremely difficult to breathe even today. I am an active person by nature, but now I am finding it quite a strain to even walk today. I would like to know whether someone else has suffered from similar problems. It has been very long since I have got an attack and I am not really certain about how long it will take to recover from my episode completely. I tried getting some information about it, but have not been very successful I would be very grateful if someone could shed some light on this matter and help me out of this quandary that I am in at the earliest.

My advice is that always bring your inhaler with you. An inhaler is a device holding a medicine that you take by breathing in (inhaling). Inhalers are the main treatment for asthma. You also need to take your medicine heartily and keep out of asthma triggers like air pollution, smoke, cold air, fragrances, etc.
