I have been suffering from severe asthma and bronchitis for about seven years now. I bought a caravan along with my sister in law as we are both victims of disabilities. My daughter and her two children have shifted with us. I have been experiencing severe asthma throughout this winter and landed up at the hospital in January. My family tells me that I am always complaining about my illness and to go and consult a Pulmonologist. I have described in detail all my problems to both my Pulmonologist and doctor and am on all kinds of drugs associated to respiratory problems except oxygen. I am at my wits end as I really do not know what the next alternative is. I am always tired and have reached a stage where I could not care less even if I got better or not. I also suffer from severe mood swings and often feel very despondent about life itself. I would be very grateful if someone could help me out of this hell that I am suffering from by suggesting some kind of alternative for me. Do help me out as soon as possible if you have any ideas. This is an SOS, so please do not ignore my plea. I would love to know whether there is anyone else in the same boat as mine as I would find it a real relief to talk to them.
Can a doctor not say whether I have asthma or not with only an X-ray? Please give me all the inputs you can on this.
