Ketrel Cream and Dont Match On My Skin

Question

im 21  and from iran i have brunet skin and use ketrel 5% for acne 3times in week for two weeks and then every day but after use it, in whole of my skin appear little rash that can see especially in light and i hate them so what should i do?

please help me i beg u.

Ketrel is the brand name of Tretinoin.
While using it in the first 2months your symptons get worse and it's adverse reactions shows off! The healing process of acne shows in the third month of it's usage,,therefore you need to be patient with it.

I have been using Ketrel. it was advised by my doctor who strictly insisted on using it twice in a week while my skin is rarely irritated by chemical products. this cream is very strong and my doctor was afraid that it can harm my skin. she wanted to change it but its price was good and she just advised me to be careful.
Now, i am using 4 times in a month.
