my  doctor prescribed megamox 1g tablets as I had tooth ache. Now I am suffering ffrom fever. What are the side effects of this tablet and how can I be cured fastly? I am not able to stand even. Feeling very weak and I have body pains also. Please help.

Hi! Megamox is a brand of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. This is an antibiotic. The fever you are experiencing is probably due to an infection. You may have diarrhea, nausea, stomach discomfort and stomach wind while being treated with megamox. These side effects are usually mild and will get better with rest. If you have diarrhea, drink lots of water to replace the fluids lost.
Continue your medication as prescribed by your doctor. Let your doctor know if you have other concerns. Get well soon.
