Is It Okay To Use Nalador While Breastfeeding

My wife had bloodloss after giving birth. The gave her nalador to help the whomb to contract. She received a verlow dosage. Is it oksy to give breastfeed our chile or must we wait 24 hours and in the meantime give hera bottle

nalador whose generic name is sulprostone is a synthetic prostaglandin. i have not found a review regarding its distribution in the body, whether or not it can cross the barriers and go with the milk but natural prostagladins of the body have half lives of few minutes only. it is probably best for you to consult your doctor.
