Arnold Pick's Disease is also known as Focal Cerebral Atrophy. This condition occurs when there is a deterioration of mental function due to the loss of some brain tissue in focal areas of the brain.

This is a very rare kind of disease which is similar to Alzheimer's Disease, the difference of this condition is that it affects circumscribed areas of the brain and not all parts of it.

The destructive effects on this disease is slow, it shrinks the atrophy of the temporal and frontal lobes of the brain.

Here are the Symptoms of Arnold Pick's Disease:

Having difficulties with movement coordination can be the first sign of this disease.

Mood Changes such as:

- indecision
- losing initiative
- impaired judgment
- loss of interest in daily activities
- unusual mood
- shocking loss of concern
- not showing any emotion

Other Symptoms:

- weakness
- memory loss
- increase of muscle tone
- dementia
- loss of intellectual capability
- urinary incontinence
