If you are using Betasol for an allergic reaction, then the best action is for you to STOP using it.  Betasol is one of the most potent topical corticosteroids in the market but is also associated with adverse reactions such as rashes.  One option may be using a less potent corticosteroid such as betamethasone that could lessen the reaction.
