Can Botox Injections On My Jaw Area Affect My Speech?

I am scheduled to get some Botox injections to help me reduce the size of my jaw.  My doctor recommended the first treatment of 50 units (25 units on each side) with a follow up of 20 units after three weeks.  I currently work in a call center, which means I need to talk a lot.  I have read some articles where people complained about having problems talking and eating after getting their Botox injections for the lines of their mouth.  

Is it the same if I get it on my jaw, or would it be worse?
