Cerebral Hypoxia is also known as Hypoxic Encephalopathy. This condition is happens when the supply of the oxygen in the outer part of the brain is lacking and it can also be a lack of oxygen supply in the whole brain.

Here are the Causes of Cerebral Hypoxia:

- having a very low blood pressure
- drowning
- smoke inhalation
- injuries during birth
- strangling
- being in high altitude places
- poisoning of carbon monoxide
- choking
- cardiac arrest
- diseases that can paralyze respiratory muscles
- compression of the trachea
- having complications of general anesthesia
