Does drinking a few gelasss of milk every single day cause kidney stones?I drink a few gelasss of milk everyday (with my meals) so I am wondering is it possible to get too much calcium and then get kidney stones. Or would my pee have to not be clear? My pee is always clear because I drink alot of water.
There is no known fact that milk can cause kidney stones. Causes of kidney stones are lack of water intake and urinary tract infection, to name the most common cases. Kidney stones form when the normal balance of water, salts, minerals, and other substances found in urine changes. Every person's water requirement is different, depending on their particular system and activity level, but simply keeping your urine light yellow will go a long way toward preventing kidney stones.
