Are There Any Side Effects To Botox Treatments?

I want to know if there are any side effects for undergoing Botox treatments?  I have just undergone my first Botox treatment session for the lines around my eyes, and I noticed that instead of making me look better, things have gotten worse.  I have developed eyebags, which I did not have before the treatment and now I actually have more lines around my eye area.
