if you meant seroquel tablets the answer is no.

first of all it will be dangerous to inject something that is supposed to be taken by mouth primarily because of its unfit to be used for injection for the following reasons:

1. it is not sterile enough to be administered b injection
2. tablets or powder grains may occlude veins and bloodstream
3. active ingredients of tablet forms need to disintegrate from the rest of the powders and undergo absorption and at  times need others process before activation

quetiapine fumarate is water soluble so yes in theory you could with the IR tabs but not with the extended release formulas. Only I would use safe injection procedures and micron needle filters to get as many binders out as possible. Not sure that there would be much diff in taking  it orally vs IV other than rate of onset. Wouldn't suggest it though if it was worth doing you wouldn't be asking if u can on a forum.
