Infectious Mononucleosis is popularly known as Kissing Virus because it is transmitted through oral infection.

The different symptoms of Infectious Mononucleosis are:

- fatigue
- fever
- weight loss
- loss of appetite
- malaise
- pharyngeal inflammation


Common symptoms are:

- enlarge lymph nodes
- enlarge spleen
- hepatitis
- bursting of red blood cells
