Insomnia is a sleeping disorder where a person suffering from this have difficulty sleeping or staying asleep.
There are different factors that affect your sleeping pattern that may cause Insomnia and here are some of the causes:
- Stress
- Medications
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Medical Conditions
- Wrong sleeping habits
- Caffeine, Nicotine, Alcohol
- Eating too much food at wee hours of the night
I have been suffering from Insomnia and my doctor gave a sleeping tablet to help me sleep. But, since I am also suffering from a medical condition the doctor ask me not to take these tablets nightly as they can affect my medication.
