After Taking Boniva for 3 Years, How Long Will It Take To Get Out of My System Completely

I am feeling like a prisoner in my own home because I don't know when the dizziness will start. Sometimes I get loud ocean sounds in my ear and sometimes a loud squeeky screeching sound that warns me. I have had to miss work on several occasions and find this very frustrating.  I was out to eat one evening with friends and had to cut out early because I was getting signals that a vertigo attack was about to take place. You don't want to be driving when one occurs.

SO AFTER TAKING BONIVA FOR 3 YEARS HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE OUT OF MY SYSTEM AND BE FREE OF THESE SYMPTOMS???
