Panic Attack is a condition where a person suffering from it feels a sudden intense fear without any reasons and provokes physical reactions. This condition can be very frightening, when this happens the patients feels like he/she is dying, experiencing a heart attack or you are losing control.

Here are some symptoms that you may be experiencing Panic Attack:

- trembling
- sweating
- fast or rapid heart rate
- nausea
- breath shortness
- chills
- chest pain
- hyperventilation
- headaches
- dizziness
- you feel like you are going to die

Panic Attacks can strike you anytime and anywhere.
