Can Lactating Mothers Take Taravid

My wife and i were treated for Urinary track infection before conception. However, when she conceived, we could not take any antibiotics even when we experienced similar syptoms for fear that we might cause some harm to the baby.

Now  while breast feeding, she is still showing same symptoms. Is it safe to take taravid at this stage?
