Meckel's Diverticulum is the pouch that is located at the wall in the lower part of the small intestines. This condition is a congenital abnormality and this is a leftover tissue when the digestive system is developing.

When the pouch contains gastric tissue, then it bleeds.

Here are the different Symptoms of Meckel's Diverticulum:

- blood in the anus even without stools
- blood found in the stools whether visible or detected only with tests
- having iron deficiency anemia
- abdominal pain
